INGREDIENTS
- 500 grams of cassava, peeled and grated
- 2 tsp salt
- 1/2 coconuts, peeled and grated
- 200 grams brown sugar, sliced
METHOD
- mixed cassava, grated coconut, and salt until blended
- shape the dough into a round and fill with brown sugar
- Fry on medium heat until cooked golden brown, drain.
- eat while warm
