Snow Princess Cookies

Delicious Indonesian Sweet Cookies

INGREDIENTS



  • 375 grams butter
  • 175 grams sugar
  • 450 grams flour
  • Fried cashew nuts (finely ground) 200 grams
  • Powdered sugar (for garnish) 100 grams
  • Vanilli powder 1 / 4 tbs
METHOD
  1. Beat butter and sugar until smooth
  2. Enter the flour and mashed peas, stirring until a dough that can be in shape and not attached to the container.
  3. Store in refrigerator for 1 hour
  4. Get hold of the mixture of your thumb, oval or crescent shape
  5. Put in the pan without the basting with margarine
  6. Roast hot cooked through and golden brown

  8. Sprinkle the cooked cakes with sugar smooth, lift and store in a dry place and tightly closed.
